Line-ups confirmed as Howe makes nine changes

Newcastle will hope to keep their hopes of a domestic cup double alive this evening when they visit League One leaders Birmingham in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

The Magpies beat Arsenal 2-0 on Wednesday night to secure a 4-0 aggregate win and a place in the EFL Cup final against Liverpool.

They won’t find things easy at St. Andrew’s though with Chris Davies’ side going well after some heavy investment in the playing squad from the club’s American owners.

Birmingham are unbeaten in all competitions since November 23 and sit four points clear, with two games in hand, in the English third tier.
