OnePlus Pad 2 Pro’s beastly specs leak

OnePlus is working on a new tablet to complement the already launched Pad 2 in its portfolio. This will be the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro, launching later this year. Today in China its specs have been leaked.

So, the device is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the one with eight CPU cores, not the seven-core version which surfaced recently.

This will be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The tablet will have a massive 13.2-inch “3.4K” LCD screen, a 13 MP rear camera, an 8 MP front camera, and a battery capacity around 10,000 mAh. This will fast charge at either 67W or 80W, apparently that spec still isn’t finalized.

So, all in all it’s looking like the highest-end Android tablet we’ve ever seen. What is still unclear is whether it will get an international launch or if it will be China-only. We’re obviously hoping for the former.
