Ashley Park is sharing her newest guilt-free indulgence.
The Emily in Paris star, 33, who partnered with Baileys to launch the brand’s first non-dairy liqueur made with oat milk, opened up to PEOPLE about the challenges of finding the right things to make life sweeter while staying healthy.
“For me personally … I think I’m secretly lactose intolerant, but I just refuse to believe it as many of us are,” Park says with a laugh. “Having any sort of non-dairy option is such a key thing for me, like in terms of just wellness and also as a singer and a performer. I personally get a lot of phlegm when I have dairy.”
She adds of the new Baileys non-dairy liqueur, “So, to have this and know that I’m gonna wake up the next morning and not have any effects in that way, it’s so great.”

The brand is launching two new offerings: Baileys Coffee Toffee and Baileys Cookies & Creamy Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk — which are described as having the “signature creaminess of Baileys” with the “irresistible silkiness of oat milk.” Park says she’s even tried them out with boyfriend Paul Forman.
“The reason also I was like, we love Bailey’s oat milk is because Paul’s celiac,” she says. “So we’re always trying to find any sort of indulgence he can have as well, and it’s gluten free.”

The Broadway star, who was previously hospitalized last year after a health scare, reveals that she’s been really “getting into cooking” and learning new recipes to make sure that her and Forman’s dietary needs are met — and this also extends to the drinks she makes.

“I haven’t delved so deep into cocktail making, but that’s why I like [the Baileys non-dairy liqueurs] because it makes something feel really fancy and like a treat when I don’t really have to do anything,” she explains.
The same goes for coffee drinks she plans to bring out for any summertime brunches and parties. Park, who describes herself as a “big ice coffee drinker,” jokes that she’s planning to become the “hostest with the mostest” by adding in the liqueurs while planning events with Forman and her close pals.
“This feels like I whip this out and people are gonna be super excited about it and it. All I have to do is brew some iced coffee and then bring this out and it’s like, ‘Oh my God,’ ” Park says.

“I don’t wanna do, like, boring and basic stuff,” she adds. “So I think that for me, [this is] like cheat codes to make it as easy as possible.”
Park and her friends aren’t the only ones who will get to try the new Baileys non-dairy liqueurs, as the brand is also launching a pop-up with specialty coffee creations and cocktails at the Baileys Oat Street Café in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, on Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6.
The Baileys Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk is now available in a 750 mL bottle for $24.99, and other sizes, on Baileys.com.
