Samsung is obviously already working on the Galaxy Watch8, the successor to the Watch7 which launched last July. The Watch8 should become official in July alongside the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7, if history repeats itself.
The Galaxy Watch8 has now been spotted in both a Korean certification database and in the TUV database – specifically, its battery has. This reveals the fact that the watch will have a 435 mAh battery in its 44mm size. That’s 10 mAh more than what the Galaxy Watch7 can boast.
So it’s not a big improvement, but it is one nevertheless. The Galaxy Watch8 Classic’s battery has also been certified but its capacity hasn’t been revealed yet. It might pack a similarly minor improvement as well, there’s no way to tell right now.
