Tom Girardi, the estranged husband of “The Actual Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne, is heading to jail — he was simply sentenced in a Los Angeles court docket to seven years and three months in federal jail for embezzlement.

The sentence comes after he was discovered responsible of stealing $15 million from his shoppers through the years — infamously together with $3 million of settlement from relations of the victims of the 2018 Lion Air crash.
Along with his jail sentence, U.S. District Choose Josephine Staton in Los Angeles fined Girardi $35,000 and ordered him to pay greater than $2.3 million in restitution.
His sentence comes after he was discovered responsible of 4 counts of wire fraud in August 2024 by a federal jury.
